Mr. Sanchez is a father, grandfather, husband and brother born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. His passions include discovering new ways of applying agile in families, schools, communities and work places in building value focused cultures of continuous improvement.
Mr. Sanchez started his technical career programming in Windows and Trusted Solaris operating systems. He continued to acquire a wide spectrum of experience in agile coaching, agile facilitation, systems and software engineering, enterprise architecture, quality assurance, program management and business intelligence. He has conducted technical feasibility studies on emerging technologies and generated recommendations for integration into enterprise networks. He iteratively and incrementally identifies constraints, total cost of ownership and business drivers while facilitating agile solutions among key stakeholders and subject matter experts. He has conducted agile readiness evaluations and taught ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) courses to hundreds of professionals.
He also enjoys surf and kayak fishing, hot coffee, and a great idea followed by action.
